Strata recognises the importance of continual personal development and training to help ensure that all employees are fully equipped and motivated to undertake their roles, and to enable them the opportunity to develop the necessary skills for potential future roles.
This week our Project Managers have been undertaking Management training with course providers PTP Training and Marketing Limited. Many of our employees with technical abilities progress to Management roles and we endeavour to encourage and support them during this transition. The course looks at the key elements of management – planning, organisation, people management and resources control, with emphasis on leadership skills and positively influencing others.
