Strata has teamed up with Croga to transform two existing rooms into a state-of-the-art digital studio within a commercial office environment. This new space will enable the client to produce internal media content on-demand, streamlining their workflow and enhancing productivity.
The scope of works as follows:
- Demolition: Removing internal walls to combine the two rooms into a single, open space.
- Electrical Work: Installing additional power supplies to support the studio’s new requirements.
- Sound Insulation: Constructing a multi-layered acoustic wall to ensure soundproofing and effective separation from adjacent office spaces.
- Ceiling Installation: Installing a new suspended ceiling with integrated lighting and power to meet the studio’s specifications.
- Feature Wall Construction & Installation: Designing and building a striking feature wall with multi-layered, pre-finished panelling, enhanced with lighting.
- Decoration: Transforming the space with a fresh coat of paint in the company’s corporate colours.
- Flooring: Supplying and installing a stylish, three-layered carpet design to complete the look.
