Yesterday, we brought the whole Strata team together for a training workshop morning – a fantastic opportunity to develop skills, share knowledge and strengthen collaboration.
It’s not often we’re able to get everyone together in one place, so it was great to have the full team learning from one another, exchanging ideas and catching up along the way.💬
Once the training wrapped up, everyone headed to Yotes Court Vineyard, a beautiful 75-acre independent vineyard in Maidstone, for a well-earned social get-together. It was a great opportunity to relax and encourage team engagement outside of the usual work environment, whilst supporting a fantastic local small business at the same time. 🍷
It was a brilliant day and a great reminder of the importance of investing in our people and our local community – bringing together training, teamwork and a bit of fun, all in one day! 🙌
