At the weekend, some of the Strata team participated in Tough Mudder 2024 – an intense 5-kilometer obstacle course designed to push limits and test strength, endurance, and mental toughness. With over 12 challenging obstacles to conquer, our team came together in unison and successfully completed the course!
At Strata, we regularly organise team days out to elevate morale, build relationships, and have fun outside of work, which in turn boosts productivity. These outings serve as ice breakers for new and existing team members and foster connections between colleagues from different teams who may not have met before.
