Last weekend, some of our hardworking Strata team took on the challenge of Tough Mudder 2025 – an intense course featuring woodland trails, rolling terrain, and seriously muddy obstacles* designed to test both physical grit and team spirit.
With more than 12 obstacles to conquer, our team rallied together, supported one another at every step, and powered through the course side by side.
This achievement perfectly reflects Strata’s commitment to experiences that extend beyond the workplace. By hosting team-building events like this, we strengthen connections across the business, boost morale, foster collaboration, and elevate performance – all while having a lot of fun along the way.
