The Strata Fire team have been very busy in Southampton this month, conducting a comprehensive FRA Compliance Survey, for our new clients Mclaren Group.
The scope of works included both intrusive and non-intrusive inspections, of communal fire doors and residential apartment entrance doors within a high-rise mixed-use building, comprising approximately 200 fire doors, including those in the basement, car parks, and roof areas.
Our team navigated the complexities of working within occupied residential, and busy operational commercial environments, overcoming challenges and ensuring that disruption to building occupants was kept to a minimum, maintaining a professional approach throughout.
The project was delivered on target and within budget, with a comprehensive fire door compliance evaluation completed.
A detailed report of the findings was issued within three days of project completion, ensuring full compliance and client satisfaction.
