We are thrilled to announce that Strata Fire have been awarded a new contract with Lyons House Management based in Tonbridge. Lyons House are a Kent-based residential estate management company that approached Strata Fire as they were looking for a partner to support them with passive fire remedial works and enhancement, within their portfolio.
This new partnership begins with a critical focus on fire safety improvements, following the findings of a recent Fire Risk Assessment. Our team will oversee a comprehensive upgrade to the building’s passive fire protection, focusing on communal fire escapes, residential entrance doors and fire compartmentation in the roof and plant rooms.
Key works will include a full survey, upgrades to communal and selected residential fire doors, and the installation of firestopping in the roof and plant areas – all aimed at significantly enhancing fire safety compliance.
Clear communication with tenants will remain a top priority, ensuring minimal disruption, segregation of our team working, providing a high standard of finish, whilst maintaining safe, clearly marked workspaces to allow safe passages for all residents.
