In the majority of cases we can carry out the works on site which ensures minimal disruption, the avoidance of potentially high replacement costs and ensures your premises remain in top condition.
Luxury Retail Designer, Sloane Street, London: Chair Repair
We recently repaired a solid fibreglass/resin armchair at a luxury retail designer store on Sloane Street. The chair, finished in a distinctive deep orange, was chipped when a customer accidentally struck it with a hard-base bag. Instead of sending the chair off-site for a full respray, which would have required a temporary replacement, we conducted a localised repair. Our team expertly matched the colour using a spectrum of shades, blending seamlessly with the existing finish. This approach preserved the chair’s unique look, saved time and money, and allowed the store to maintain its appearance without disrupting daily operations.
London Offices, Victoria Street: Multiple Surface Repairs
We performed a series of surface repairs in the London offices of a client, focusing on door frames, office doors, and meeting tables:
- Door Frame Repairs: Several door frames had severe paint loss at the lower sections, likely from frequent mopping. Our team removed the loose paint, filled the damaged areas, and applied a base coat, followed by an airbrushed, colour-matched top coat, restoring the frames to their original condition.
- Office and Meeting Room Door Repairs: A number of office doors had chipped laminate along the edges and bottoms. We removed loose material, filled the affected spots, and applied a base coat followed by an airbrushed topcoat, perfectly matching the original laminate. This restored the doors’ appearance and reinforced them against further wear.
- Meeting Room Table Repairs: The tables had various damages, including scratches, chips, and burn marks. Our repair process involved grinding back the affected areas, applying a resin paint base coat, and using colour-matched hard waxes to fill and blend the finish with the original grain. The tables were fully restored, avoiding the need for costly replacements.
Luxury Retail Designer, Regents Street: Stone Tile Repair
In the main entrance of a luxury retail designer store, several stone tiles were chipped and damaged near the main doors. We repaired the tiles by grinding back the divots, stabilising the areas with adhesive, and filling them with ceramic wax filler. We then applied resin paint to match the stone’s colour and veining. These repairs were carried out outside normal trading hours to minimise disruption. Our localised approach was far more cost-effective than replacing the tiles, avoiding additional downtime and inconvenience.
Our on-site repairs deliver cost-effective solutions that keep your retail and office spaces looking their best, ensuring your operations continue with minimal impact. Whether it’s furniture, fixtures, or flooring, we provide expert services that save you time, reduce costs, and protect your brand’s image.
