It’s National Apprenticeship Week and we are reminiscing on the time a young Nathan Stevens approached us to discuss possible employment opportunities. Nathan was keen to follow in his Father’s footsteps and, at only 16, was writing to many local construction and maintenance companies with the objective of finding a position where he could train on the job as an Electrician. We were so impressed with his passion and tenacity that we decided to offer Nathan a place on our Apprenticeship Training Scheme for traditional building trades.
Fast forward 8 years and Nathan is a valuable member of the Strata team. He is a reliable and skilled site operative who regularly takes on project management responsibilities. He has worked hard through his exams to become a fully qualified Electrician gaining several City and Guilds Level 3 qualifications under our Apprenticeship Training Scheme.
Well done Nathan and thank you for your hard work and dedication over the years. Here’s to more future success!
