Strata are proud to announce that we are working with Liberty Property Trust Ltd and Teligent Ltd at Kings Hill business park.
This 15 weeks project will involve both demising and fit out works. Works will include the formation of plasterboard partitions, modifications to the suspended ceiling and floor box layout,
a new kitchen and associated service, relocation of Air Conditioning & electrical services and the installation of a new lighting system.
