Strata successfully secured the annual lighting maintenance contract at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus in January 2021.
The estate is the largest medical research centre in Europe and is the largest site of employment in Cambridge.
The property is home to a community of 17,500 healthcare and research professionals.
Following this appointment, Strata will be responsible for carrying out inspections, repairs and scheduled cleaning works to 500 assets across the site.
Strata are proud to be maintaining this prestigious estate, carrying out important maintenance projects while causing minimal disruption to the day-to-day operations.
