Strata Contracts will operate as the main contractor, managing all aspects of the job from early design coordination with the client & their appointed Architect & Engineer, planning and execution of the build, management of the contract labour & sub-contract packages to final handover and snagging.
A growing trend in more recent years is the Design & Build projects that ensure a complete package is provided. Strata Contracts will manage every step of the construction; from finding the land and appointing the Architect & Engineer to managing the build from inception to completion.
Strata Contracts can manage any internal fit out using our experienced Management & Labour force. Whatever the scale of the project, from individual rooms to complete office or retail spaces, we can deliver a tailor-made solution for your needs.
Strata Contracts has years of experience carrying out high quality office refurbishments. We work on all sizes of job from full refurbishment of your office to minor alteration to your existing space. Depending upon client requirements and restrictions, we work flexible hours including nights and weekends to minimise disruption to live offices, delivering the projects on programme and to the highest specification.
